I bought a refurbished product from quikr , at that time I was told by the customer care that the product is in good condition but when I received the product it was in extremely rough condition and the back panel of the phone says 32gb while the phone says 16gb and also imei number on back panel dont match with the original imei of phone, in regard of this I called to customer care , they said upload photograph and all , I did what they said but yet I dont get any solution even the cutomer care person talked with me in very harsh way and he shouted on me I also have recording of that conversation. This is the way quikr is serving the cutomers.
