I posted an premium ad about 10 days back. The amount got debited from my account but Quikr said they didnt receive the payment. After repeated follow up with their Customer Support.
They send me mail its fixed and ad is live. then I log in and check. and it says ad not live.i mail them and tell them the issue. they mail back and say issue resolved.then I log in and check. and it says ad not live.i mail them and tell them the issue. hen I log in and check. and it says ad not live. and 15 days are over and the ad is stil not live!
Horrible customer service! I thought they are a small company focused on customer service. But they behave like a big old bank. where one person takes call says sorry I cant do that, I will transfer you to premium ad service and call drops. no one seems responsible at quickr. I wish them well, but I dont think they will survive in the indian marketplace. My experience with them was very very bad!
