This is a challenge that I have faced with Quick Cab multiple times. This cab service might be the cheapest but they are highly ridiculous and stupid. They keep on insisting on the exact drop address even if you tell the name of the place and give other references. To top that they are mad enough to say that in case the address is not what has been specified they will not drop you to where you want to go. Their systems dont have any address information and so keep on insisting on the address down to the minutest details. They believe in being cheap but don't believe in taking the booking.
Even if you have to book for domestic airport there is a repeated insistence on terminal number which does not even make any sense. No other cabs operate like this.
The operators are also quite rude, probably they are underpaid. On telling the operator that I think it is crazy how they operate but to still go ahead with the booking she went ahead and hung up on me. Highly unprofessional. They don't know anything about customer service.
