I had to book a cab from my home in Laxmi Nagar to Domestic Airport, Delhi for 20th April 2009. I contacted some local cabala but dropped him since he was charging Rs.600 for a non-ac cab (according to me this was an incorrect price for the service).
I called Quick Cabs at around midnight (19-20th April), had to wait for 10 minutes but finally got the operator, booked the cab, next day got a confirmation message with details of the cab like driver name and contact number etc. I booked the cab for 1 pm on 20th April, the driver called me at 11.30 am and asked for house location, at around 12.15 pm the cab was at my house, the driver said that the waiting time will start from 1.15 pm.
I boarded the cab at 1.00 pm and reached the airport at 2.00 pm, I was so happy that I gave 50 Rs. tip to the driver..who was very very courteous, considering that most of the drivers are not much educated with no or very less customer services training. My next cab too will be from quick cab due to their economical rates of Rs.7.5 per km, and first experience being very good
