I was suffering from back pain & leg pain. Review on Qi Spine Clinic - Churchgate - Mumbai

I was suffering from severe back pain and left leg pain since last 4-5 years. I went to many orthopaedic doctors and physiotherapist to get rid of my back n leg pain, I did all the tests required to find the problem like x- ray, mri, gait analysis. All the reports came normal. Doctors were keep saying that ur absolutely normal and start doing exercises at home. I started exercises at home for almost 2-3 years but my condition was not getting better. Along with my back pain I even had problems while walking and standing n sitting. And this completely ruined quality of my life. I was always trying to find a flat surface or place to sleep and recline as I was anable to sit upright position in the chair and cross leged position.

This things completely ruined my professional and social life. I lost my precious years and moments because of back and leg pain.

Dr.Revati did my check up and suggested to do DSA test. By test reports we came to know that my muscles which supports spine was 80% weak and not working effectively. By physical inspection Dr.Revati also found that there is imbalace in my lower body muscles. I took treatment suggested by Dr. Revati for almost 5 months and after that I can say that my pain reduced by 80 - 85%. And I hope soon I will bè 100% fit n fine by doing exercises suggested by Dr.Revati.
