Last night I went to PVR Bangalore (Forum) to watch KANK, and to my surprise the seat was not proper and it was absolutely uncomfortable. Not only this, hall was very dirty and all I can see was popcorns and Pepsi glasses instead of carpet.
I escalated the matter to duty officer (Mr. Mithun) and he was abs not courteous to take my complaint and only thing he could offer was to leave the premise.
It created such an ember acing situation that I was left with no option.
If any of the PVR management is reading this article then I suggest you to take necessary action. Necessary action should be taken on his.
