Oh my God, this was my second order from them. I've never seen a more obnoxious delivery person in my entire life. Since he was so disrespectful to me, I protested and requested a new delivery person. Purple, I believe, even shares our personal details with the delivery guy. I received a call from him chastising me for whining about him and advising me not to buy the product if I didn't want it. I can't even describe how negatively it affects me. I filed a lawsuit, claiming that the delivery driver is contacting me for personal purposes, and the customer service representative was stumped, so I told him to just cancel it. My order was also canceled by the office due to a lack of cod funds. The app as a whole is pathetic, with the worst distribution people.
My order for Mamas Earth products was cancelled by the website. I've expressed my dissatisfaction to customer service, but they have yet to respond to my inquiries.

Purplle.com was my first purchase, and it turned out to be a disaster. I purchased Livon Serum and Maybelline Superstay Matte Ink and got leaked and defective goods. On the same day, I sent a return order. They've assured me that I'll get my money back. The returned goods were picked up on February 6th, and the customer service representative has told me to wait for three working days. I've been keeping up with them since then, and they've always made false accusations. My money has not been refunded. I am very dissatisfied with this website and will not recommend it to others.
The delivery person had no etiquette and began swearing at me for no apparent reason.
My experience with the CSR and distribution guy has been very negative.
I implore anyone to refrain from purchasing anything from this website and to completely exclude it.
I wish I could offer a negative or zero rating.
