One word. Its is a woeful & deeply frustrating experience.. The company is a fraud. I'm getting this product tested in a Lab cause I believe that the water is not fit for human consumption. I'll be suing them. Bought one which broke down in 24 days & so far they've not been able to replace it ( repair is of no use as the water is not drinkable).. They said a so called engineer.. who said that the problem would be solved if I buy a stand & sold me a stand for Rs. 100.. of course a part of the company's fraud policy...
The service team is made up of local ruffians who thankfully never turn up.. could be prospective criminals too. The customer helpdesk is a sham.. don't even bother calling them. I just want to kill the person who recommended this product to me. And I'll avoid all products from LEVERS..
