I would like to share a very pleasant experience I had on yesterday, i.e., 8th Sep'14, when I ordered for a replacement of my Germkill Kit of Hindustan Unilever Pureit Water Purifier. I booked it and got it in a snap!
My family members were literally taken aback with such a prompt service. Delivery within 3 hours! Splendid!
I have been using Pureit since last 7 years and sometimes faced a problem before while replacing the Germkill Kit. But this conversion is unthinkable.
Let me congratulate the entire Service Team of North Dumdum area for this commendable job and hope Pureit will maintain this level of service throughout the country in the years to come.
