Friends Please don't buy this product, I had brought this product.Customer care is hopeless. After calling customer N number of times, (almost 20 something) time.
After so much calls, those people, finally answered, and fixed the product. These people are really hopeless. In a few days time, the product got some malfunction again, and I am dreading to call them again, because then I would have to call then “N” number of times again.
So friends please don’t buy any pureIT product, these products are so hopeless and so malfunctioning, that this is more of a tension, than it helps.
