I bought pureit on 02.01.2009. For the first year, the service was found good but thereafter it is totally unsatisfactory. first and the foremost, its helpline numbers ( 9223200200 and 18601801000) do not work properly i.e. long-long waiting/busy, no proper auto-response. Their claim for throwing away Rs. 1 Crore prize is merely a publicity stunt. While cleaning, i, myself, found water stains (dust particles, etc.), Also, sometime, smell is felt in the water.
Many times, I called up in call centre, but all in vain. Even without any visit of any executive/serviceman, I received sms about satisfaction of service done. I replied with NO but no further action was taken. I would not recommend any one to buy this product.
