I am owner of pureit for few years now. Lots of promises of providing service. Promises are made to break applies perfectly to pureit service team. No where escalation process is published wantedly to avoid customer calls of dis satisfactory service. Call center never put across calls to their superiors and customers are informed that they (call center) have instructions not to escalate calls to their superiors. Unfortunate is'nt it.
I thank for excellent service of pureit for attending to my complaint atleast after 8 days of daily persuation. Product is satisfactory but anybody looking for service please donot buy the product.
