I guess PureIt customer care is here to harass customers. I am facing same problem which I faced when I shifted to Pune. This is second time. I will strongly recommend people not to buy any Unilever Purifier as there is no proper customer care. My mail communication with the escalation point also did not yield to PureIt installation.

Hi Anjan,
I had placed the installation call on Sunday. This is 3rd day I did not even receive a call from technician for an appointment. My mobile number is 9158932007 if you would like to check the service request. I had called customer care 3-4 times and every time they say the technician would visit and no action subsequent. This looks to be a very good strategy to promote competBrianbalakumaranr product. I never received such treatment when I was customer of Aquaguard even after separating and joining PureIt in Hyderabad the customer care in Hyderabad or the channel partner in Hyderabad seems to be much better than Pune.
Very much disappointed with service and surely will never recommend PureIt to friends who are planning to buy it. Saurabha Dongaonkar

to pureit.hul, Anjan.sg No technician visited even after mailing. Posting the review to Mouthshut and will also attach the mail. Also, nobody reverted on the mail. Very good service! Great customer care!

Hi Anjan,
Till now I have not received any call from a company or a technician about any appointment, I don't think your team has any SLA or KRA which they need to follow. Very much disappointed with the service. I will surely not recommend any water purifier from Unilever to anyone who ask for the review. I am also putting up the review on Mouthshut and other review sITES_Company shortly. I have already spent my hard earned money on PureIt and the first good deal I get with other purifier I am going to switch to avoid my future hassles. At least the purifier has some SLAs and compensations which Unilever don't.
