I have been to two of their outlets, Basant Lok (twice) and Raja Garden (once). This review is a mix of experience of both outlets.
The standard of their flagship outlet at Basant Lok has deteriotated drastically. It is just not what it used to be. It is a 3 storied restaurant with the bar on third floor. The loud music prevades the entire restaurant on all three floors and makes any conversation difficult except on corner tables on ground floor. We called ahead and reserved a place for 9:15pm, yet when we reached there, guess what; no place and a wait of 20 minutes.
The service is just about ok. The decor is ok on ground floor and non existant on the first floor. The food is good and servings ample. The menu is short and covers all main punjabi dishes. If you are looking for vegitarian food, then this is definitely the place to avoid. Go there only if ambience etc is not what you are looking for, though at those prices one expects a bit of ambience with the food and better options are available.
