Its all about punjab national bank, I cannot say about its working module & efficiency in other states
But in bihar and in northern states its up to the mark, its great customer satisfaction service is its main theme which attracts the customers to show their interest in it.
I have my account with this bank from past 6 years and from that time I didn't felt any difficulty and any complain with this bank,
Also this bank was the first bank to introduce the cash deposit machine, cheque deposit machine and passbook printing machine to ease the customers with technology
This bank regularly introduces great plans for the customers,
And many good things this bank have
And also I have came to know that other banks charge minimum balance charges if the balance is below 1000 but I didnot get any balance deducted whether its below 1000 or below 100
Also u can feel haasle free deposit in any branch all across the country and no deduction is made on that,
I m a student and I understand the value of money
And this bank let me understand in a much soother way.
