I am using Punjab national bank service from last 6 year. I feel a lot of problems during using Punjab national banking services. PNB internet banking and mobile banking system works very slow while PNB page opening. Generally while I want to do payment of institutional fee, PNB net banking and online shopping etc then I found they are not allowed PNB DEBIT card and PNB internet banking. PNB Customer care services also not customer friendly. In PNB bank also feel laborious and slow working environment. One important think PNB ATM services is very very bad because PNB ATMs almost every time show on it's screen either No cash or OUT of service. So in my view I am not recommended PNB banking system to the other peoples.
