I have an accounrt in punjab national bank from two years. I am talking about my villege's bank. In the bank three counters are made for taking deposit. One for women and two for men but employees are present only at two counters. They take very much time to give money. In the afternoon, at the lunch time they take one hour to eat and then walk. Manager does not do anything and he is also involved in all this. I can say definitely all branches has the same problem. After every two days cash problem occurs and daily their server is failed or unable to connect. So, go to another bank with a good customer service.
