I really hate this bank bacause they do not even bother for their customers to whom they are serving. it really irritating they give coupon in morning before10 for withdrawal and deposite and that coupon has a time written on it accordilgly we have to come for withdrawal. so basically we need holiday to come as per their convenience
Before 1 week we can uderstand the rush so they decided to do so but now also coupon is complusory it is very time conduming for us
And for enquiry also we need to wait for minimum 1 hour so much irritation we are facing no co operation from bank we just need to adjust according to bank convenience
