1. Hotel Chatrapati -- It is right opposite the bus depot/ stock exchange extremeely reasonable.

2. Hotel Shreyas -- this is the best hotel that I have stayed in Pune. It is at the back side on the main road. They have good rooms and good service. A bit high in rates as compared to Chatrapati.

3. Hotel Sapna -- It is next to Sambhaji Park at Deccan. Good Gujrati food and reasonable.

4. Hotel Moti Mahal -- I have stayed there only once it is opposite Chitale Mitaiwala stores at Deccan cheap and good.

There are a lot of site seeing too. take a Pune darshan bus from Deccan. They will show you the historic as well as amusement places in Pune. I love to go to pune which I have to take an casual break from work. It is fun to visit Pune.

Do visit the Camp area for shopping and do buy shrews Berry biscuits from Kayani Bakery. Fundo bakery products. And last but not the least do visit the OSHO Ashram at Koregaon Park. Its really very nice.
