It has minimum cushioning but fits perfectly. Running in these shoes is very comfortable. They are lace up shoes and easy to clean. They have a mesh and shiny finish. You will never be dissapointed if you buy them. But yes, I would like to share one more thing. It is best for narrow and arched feet. So choose wisely after trying all your preferences.
