I have used this product for last 3 months.I do exercises in gym. someone recommended me to take protinex.but after using it I cant see any changes on my muscles growth.and the worst thing is its flavour.u cant take it without milk, or any other tasty drink.the elaichi flavour is somehow good.but I must say that this is not for fast muscle growth.for daily normal worker its may be a good product, but I m not recommending it for body biilder.and please if u consum it than buy only elaichi flavour.thank you.
