I want to share my experience about protinex since I am using this product for 3-4 years.
First of all I want to tell you its value for money for this range of product.its Mrp is 550 for 500 grm around.you would not find and protein suppliment at this cost in market.but I must tell you if you are Gym going person and heavy weight lifter then this is not for you.you need much more heavy dose.
This product is just for regular protein suppliment.
It comes with three flavours as I know.take one spoon of this with milk two times a day.better than bournvita and other products for young adult.
Go can go for it. And taste it.
