In the name of protein, protinex is cheating us they are filling it with carbohydrates which dont build muscle but it makes you fat. without wasting money on protinex we can just take carbs eg: rice, veggies, etc. our kitchen is full of food containing carbohydrates so why waste money to buy this. its flavour is also very bad. I have tested it and my body grew fat and when I asked experts they said it is full of carbs . so I am honestly warning you not to buy this better eat some rice and meat to get a good physique.
