Back from our trip of the majestic Rajasthan, I have a few things to mention. Locations included in the package were fantastic and we had a great time exploring the royal history of Rajasthan.


However, I am pretty unhappy about the hotels provided to us in Udaipur and Jodhpur. Both hotels were run by the same brand and hence we got poor quality service. The weather was cold and unfortunately we never received hot water in the morning. After begging for several time we got just one bucket of warm water which got cold in no time. The hotel was very noisy with the staff constantly loitering around in the lobby. The staff of the hotel was certainly not trained in customer service and dealing with them was pain. Apart from the accommodation issue there was no other such problem, as the tour went as per the agenda the club had set for us.


All the time that we were out, we had amazing time. I hope next time the club makes it a point to offer us better hotels with fine service; else I am afraid this could hamper your name.
