Priority International is a Big time fraudster company.
They have cheated many innocent customers in Pune and Mumbai. I too have been looted by 1 Lakh in name of membership. The fraud is done mainly through the Credit card.
They will force you to pay AMC and provided stay in cheap hotels rather than promised ones like Marriott, hyatt etc
People involved in this scam are Altamas Momain, Anurag(9764134411), Harsha, Wasim etc. Any ways, if you are reading this you too might have been cheated. I am suggesting legal ways to fight them.
1) Do raise dispute with your credit card bank. Tell them Signatures were taken by making false promises to you. Do not be afraid of this. You are legally entitled for this.
2) Raise complaint in CYBER CELL of your city, they need to know. These guys are doing big fraud.
3) Raise it in Consumer complaint forums.
4) Send written email to them to cancel your Membership. If you do not avail any services you are entitled to refund, inspite of entrapment of agreement. You have a point, you are not availing any services. It is consumer right.
5) There are various NGO which help in preparing Consumer courts case. Google ICRPC.
6) There have been many verdicts of consumer court against various such clubs like country club etc. SO don't be afraid of going to consumer court. Overall don't be afraid or feel alone. Do fight against injustice.
7) go to gadital Hadapsar police station. There is already a FIR registered against them. Police will help you. seek for SI, if hawaldaars don't entertain you properly
8) Recent update, there Mumbai office is sealed and 5 people arrested. Their directors are absconding!
9) Please raise a FIR, there are many FIRs in MUMBAI(KHAR, KHARGHAR, APMC, BELAPUR, VASHI police stattions) And in PUNE( HAdapsar Gadital, and Aundh chatushrangi etc.) Do name all the bast*ds in your FIR i.e. Altamash, Tushar, Waseem, Harsha, Nagma etc
