I ordered cards on the website with the design and content and paid it on 12th Dec and was promised to be delivered in 6 days and have never received a call till 6th Jan so far in spite of contacting them multiple times. I was promised a call back by a manager which never happened.
The worst part is the wait time you have to go through to get to someone on from customer service. Once you are there they tell you the order is delayed due to some "technical issue" which is the standard dialogue. So just cancelled the order and was no point getting Christmas cards beyond 6th Jan. Worst service ever and no apology at all.
