I was very excited about pretty secrets because I quite liked their designs, but unfortunately my experience with their product was extremely bad. Here is my review:
*Product:** I ordered a pink nightdress, which leaked color the first time I wore it and left a pink patch on my bedding. The item wasn't even wet!
*Delivery Time:** Delivered in 3 business days, which is not too bad.
*Packaging:** Nicely and discreetly packaged.
*Customer Services:** I wrote to the customer services team about the problem I had with the nightdress leaking color. I receive a response 6 days (2 emails and one telephone message) later, saying they will pick up the nightwear to check if there is truly a problem. They also add (in their own sugarcoated words) that by the way, its too bad that your bed sheet got ruined - its not our problem.
Sadly, this is a very serious problem and I will not be risking any more damage to my other bedding by buying again from them.
