I have a 5L Prestige Nakshatra Plus Pressure Cooker. It cooks my food items at a faster pace. What I believe is that when steam is not allowed to go outside, cooking is faster and the food is healthy. The design of it is such that you can move your finger to any part of it, hence cleaning takes less time. The safety valve is there, hope it will work because it is an ISI marked product. The base of it is very thick, which gives constant heat and will last longer. Last, but not least, it is wide and the height is low. Because of that you can see what you are cooking from the top.The design is very attractive. It is a good pressure cooker.But the price is bit high. Still I love it. Since I stay at Bhubaneswar, service will not be a problem for me.
