This product has got very pathetic service, I went to their nearest store and they said they are closing in a week and asked me to open a online complaint for home repair which I did.
I have been working from home for 3 days waiting for the technician, but they never came and whenever I call the service center they just say we have now escalated this to manager. On my last call they gave me their head office number which is busy or rings and if rings, they just dont attend call. Really frustrating, I am planing to scrap this stove.
