I expain my experiences about preethi cafe coffe maker machine we like the tast of coffee and the features are not know very well this product with a fatal defect also we replaced the first one and it did exectly the same things as the first after a one week the machine shuts off every 10 seconds as if the entire brewing cycle has been completed when I was trying to return the second time I was very disppionted I was told to clean and keep with carefully but I did then not got good result so my advice there are not good you not buy it thanks
