Prakruthi Holidays are a bunch of cheats. Review on Prakruthi Holidays, Bangalore

I wanted to go to Chikmagalur last weekend (Aug 13 - 15). I searched in HolidayIQ and looked for resorts I liked. The request was redirected to Prakruthi Holidays who contacted me through email and said that it was a peak time and rooms are available only in Mountain Valley homestay for 13th Aug only (1 night). I decided to stay that 1 night in Chikmagalur and stay at Belur on 14th night. The lady, Vimala, who was handling my case, told me that it's available and arranged for rooms in 'Suvarna Regency, B M Road, Belur, Hassan'. We went to Chikmagalur as planned. The stay in Mountain Valley was anything but memorable. The rooms were extremely small and stinky. The approach road was horrible. Food was really bad. Almost no service. There was boy for services who was really funny. I don't blame him, he was a kid.

To accommodate an extra person in a room they charged the full amount, i.e., Rs. 1500 and gave us a thin small mattress. We accepted these as it was a peak time. But there were more surprises waiting for us. When we reached Belur and was searching for B M Road, we got to know that it’s actually Hassan and not in Belur. We called up Prakruthi Holidays and the person who picked up the call said he’s the manager. He confirmed that the hotel is indeed in Hassan and not in Belur. When I asked him why I was given a hotel in Hassan and not in Belur, he said that he cannot answer the question since he was not handling my case. He said that since the address line also contains Hassan then I should have interpreted that the hotel is in Hassan. Later Vimala called me up and told me the same thing. We had no other choice but to go back 35 km to Hassan and then come back to Belur next day to visit the temple. I felt cheated. I’ll never book my holiday with HolidayIQ or Prakruthi Holidays.
