I booked appointment of a doctor using Practo which confirmed the appointment and also guaranteed for the same. While I visited Doctor clinic, she was not available for the day and had not come since morning. Assistant at clinic asked me to keep waiting for minimum 20 mins as she was not sure. Not sure what is the use of Practo if they had no real data available for Doctor availablity as One can call directly to clinic which is much more authentic. While I raised the same with customer care then they seems to be much worse then the app itself as Practo team told me that I should have waited for 1 hr which I found really ridiculous and seems to have no common sense. I asked them that u guarantee the appointment else you will compensate but that seems to be total lie as they don’t seems to have anything like that. There is no guarantee and Practo app is just useless as it’s better to call clinic directly then relying on them.
