This time something best happen. Multiple time I complained about riders and loss of material. But this time they lost my property papers and some other documents. I try chasing the rider and called him more than 150 times in 2 hrs. But as instructed by porter he hasnt pick up the phone call. They are charging more than 10 Rs.KM and still their riders dont want to come directly after picking material and take multiple deliveries and if they are not been able to deliver the material they through it away. Ths the harsh truth about them. Now one more good thong they started as the reputation of their app going down they started business with new names. They have a simple business working module just to collect money and after that the have one word with them of something happen and the word is sorrrrrry. If you want to get you material safely hire a personal rider or arrange something else if even it bit costly. As they are hardcore fraudsters and nothing else. I am going to make police complained against them.
