Hi Porter Packers & Movers Team,


I am really deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the house shifting service I recently experienced through Porter Packers & Movers, managed by Mr. Jay Pratap Singh in Bangalore.


On 23rd May 2025, I availed your packing and moving service for relocating my household items from Bangalore to Chennai, for which I paid Rs. 14, 963. Unfortunately, the entire experience was far below any acceptable standard of professionalism or service quality.


These below Issues I faced


Severely Damaged Furniture:


Upon delivery, I discovered that my wardrobe was completely damaged. The doors are no longer functional, and I am unable to open or use it. This is a direct result of careless handling and poor packing.


1.Unprofessional Behavior from Porter Manager:


When I reached out to Mr. Jay Pratap Singh. He is Manager of Porter Packers & Movers to report the damage. I was shocked by his dismissive and aggressive response. He said, Go and complain wherever you want, we dont care, and used inappropriate language while speaking with me. This kind of rude and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable from a service representative.


2.Lack of Support from Customer Care:


Despite raising a formal complaint via your Google form and submitting photos and payment details with Bill, I have received no resolution. I have been following up for the past three days, during which I have spoken with three different customer support representatives. Each time, I am told to wait 12 hours, 24 hours, and so on but no meaningful action has been taken, and I have not received any updates.


Moreover, the entire experience has caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult moving process in Porter Packers & Movers.


Request for Immediate Action:


1.I request immediate compensation for the damaged item.


2.I expect an apology for the unacceptable behavior exhibited by your representative & Manager - Mr. Jay Pratap Singh.


3.I demand a clear update on my complaint ticket and assurance of fair resolution.


This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially when compared to other reputed movers like Agarwal Packers & Movers, with whom Ive had consistently positive experiences in the past.


If I do not receive a prompt and satisfactory resolution, I will have no option but to escalate this issue further, including sharing my experience on social media and consumer complaint forums.


I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed at the earliest.
