I bought 3 CG model (Crompton Greaves High Breeze 1400mm Fan ) fans yesterday and fitted them. Switched on the fans after fitting. Schocked to see that all the 3 fans were dancing like anything. The brand new fans if kept at speeds above 3 sways here and there and starts dancing like michael jackson. Bought 3 Crompton Greaves fans and one Bajaj fan (for kids room as our son wanted cartoon characters painted fan).
The bajaj fan is running very nicely, and runs very smooth and looks well aligned. All the other 3 crompton greaves fans (Crompton Greaves High Breeze 1400mm Fan ) are dancing and making good amount of noise (like trek, trek, trek) . If atleast it was one fan I would say it would be a manufacturing complaint. But all three , I cant believe, looks like CG quality assurance team is sleeping. I went to CG website and found the service center numbers.
They had service center persons office and mobile numbers. But when I called them the security picked up the phone and said that they are not working on Sunday. But not I dont understand what went with CG quality
