PolicyBazaar Supplied wrong details for my vehicle to Reliance General Insurance Co. and then PB was not even ready to make support us in getting the policy corrected.
They showed all the details correctly in their application, while the policy had wrong details and Reliance informed us that the wrong details were supplied by PB.
Their platform is inefficient and not recommended.
