I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience regarding the health insurance policy I purchased for my parents through your platform. The policy was purchased based on the assurance of smooth claims processing and strong customer support—however, my actual experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
Recently, my mother had to be hospitalized at a non-cashless hospital. Although the claim amount was minimal, the documentation requirements have been unnecessarily excessive. Despite submitting all the required documents initially, I have repeatedly been asked for additional papers, which has only delayed the claim process and added to our stress during a difficult time.
To make matters worse, at the time of renewal, I was heavily convinced by your team to opt for a 3-year policy, which I now regret. I feel misled and stuck with a policy and service that are far from satisfactory. Had I known the actual claim experience would be this tedious and unhelpful, I would never have agreed to this long-term commitment.
