Once you renew your policy with Policybazaar, you will be stuck. They do not support in insurance transfer. For my policy no. 22140031180160203642, I had requested for insurance transfer 1 month back, even paid additional 1095/- as transfer charges which they asked but still no update.
Customer care gives copy book reply every time that give as 24 hrs time but nothing happens really.
STAY AWAY FROM POLICYBAZAAR is my advice!
