I have purchased HDFC ULIP Plan from them, I fullfill all requirement and made the 1st monthly payment for premium an my policy confirmed and like this every month I was paying, Policy Bazaar or HDFC only called for reminding me about Premium due date. After 12 months done one of the HDFC executive called me and said we are transferring commission to policy bazaar of 35% and from next year onward till maturity we will pay them 22.7% and at the time of maturity we will pay 10% loyalty amount to them means in short after 5 year where I supposed to get at-least Rs.60000 now I will get only 35000-40000/- and this is the condition which they(Policy Bazaar & HDFC) never discussed with me at the time of Policy Purchase. When I argued here she said Why you took policy from Policy Bazaar, You should took from HDFC directly. Anyway I will never purchase any policy online especially from PB. I suggest to all of users who are here never ever use PB for your policies purchase.
