Health Insurance Policy. Review on Policybazaar

Really a pathetic service they provide, we booked a renewal of our health insurance policy for 3 years after the recommendation from the sales agent (Mandeep Singh) on 17th august. We received the policy after 5 days with 2 years as renewal coverage. After several calls as well our issue is not resolved to correct the policy.

I checked the same with Niva Bhuba tha insurer and they did the analysis that the sales agent has sents the proposal to the insurer for 2 years only and its just a case of 10 mins to correct the policy.

After so many calls till today my policy is not yet corrected.

Insurer ( Niva Bhupa) is stating that these vendors are not trained and pathetic and claiming to go ahead directly with them in the next renewal.

RM ( xxxxxxxxxxx@policybazaar.com) is not available from last 6 days, sales agent(mandeep singh) is not available. Every time a new guy picks up the call and i have to narrate a story like we do to the childrens and they just say your RM will look into it.

On top of that, Without any request they refund the remaining amount instead of correcting the policy.

Now the EMI is started on the amount of 3 year policy which is around 1 lakh and the refund amount is lying in my credit card.

Very bad service. Please dont buy from them, rather go with the direct insurer for better service. 5-7k is more but better service.
