I have purchased car insurance from policybazaar website 4 days back by making full payment and submitted all necessary documentation including the video inspection report. They have not issued the insurance yet and they are not giving any sufficient reason for the same. They are not ready to refund the money also and customer care executives are shouting back at me on request for clarification. Will never recommend policybazaar website.
