Polaris has a culture of empowerment, so it may be that no one spoon-feeds you or tells you exactly what to do in any given situation. If however you are a person who is self motivated, who asks the right questions, and who doesn't like being micro managed, this could be your dream job. More than 40% of Polaris employees have been around for more than 10 years, a similar number have been around 5 years or more. 50% of those who leave come back sooner or later.
Speaking for myself, I like working here, even though sometimes I have to PUSH for things to happen. I like the fact that you are respected as an individual. and allowed to do your thing.
I would recommend working for Polaris, every company has it's good and bad, here the good outweighs the bad very easily!
