I am from rural area near Kharagpur in west bengal. PMPL broadband service was launced one year ago in my area. Expecting a better service compared to the BSNL, but the connection comes with few drawbacks of its own. They are-


Installation time is longer.


Have to call them repeatedly for installation.


Higher installation cost.


Average speed.


Down at times.
