PlanetSpark is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Once enrolled child in a Planetspark, after 2 days,
you will notice its a fake institute. Poor faculty.
They never refund the amount within 60 days.
For example:
For just 3 classes attended, we were charged
Rs. 1, 000 per class
( 200 classes 500 rupees= one lakh,
initially promised as 500 will be deducted for each class).
A 20% processing fee(Rs. 20, 000 on a Rs. 1 lakh fee)
was also deducted which was not mentioned
in the sales call.
In total, Rs. 23, 000 was deducted from the refund.
None of these deductions were clearly explained
during the sales call.
The refund process was frustrating,
requiring constant follow-ups.
The sales tactics were manipulative,
the faculty was underqualified,
and the technical and refund support was poor.
