PlanetSpark is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
We had very bad experience with PlanetSpark. Specially their customer care. My child was not able to cop up with the online teaching so we had to stop the classes. when asked for a refund they were very rude and was talking as if we stole their money. They were also not ready to listen to our conserns. Teachers are teaching for the sake of it. there is no commitments at all from teacher side. This is more of a business like any other platform. We have better standard forums than PlanetSpark.
