I enrolled and the counselor Ishan Gupta, he said registration can be cancelled at any time and cancellation process and refund is very smooth.
Now, after attending just 2 classes, I found this is not helpful, so, I decided to cancel my registration.
We raised a ticket and after 3-4 reminders, finally I got a call after 10 days.
Operation manager connected with me and shared totally new information with me regarding cancellation and money refund.
Even now they are asking me to reach out to bank and cancel the EMI request whereas initially they said, they will be taking care of everythin
