Very Poor service to Canada-I will never use this. Review on Phoolwala

Hi All I have experience Phoolwala for quite a few deliveries in India for flowers and cake. It was good. But this was my first experience to send Rakhi to Canada through this site. & it was a total disaster. I will never ever use this site any more. I am so disappointed by the services this time. I have Orders For Rakhi- With Thali and sweets(Kaju Barfi):

1. First thing was the Rakhi is not delivered(Delivered after 30 days) on time as it was showing as a expected delivery time.

2. It was partially delivered. the sweets were missing

3. they were harassing my Relatives- It was not delivered to the address mentioned. Phoolwala people asked my relative to pick up the Courier, so my relatives went to pick up the courier them self. but they were asking for so many details. n it was not at all a trouble free delivery. They went twice to pick up.

4. I was trying to follow up for the delivery the Call centre person was not aware of the courier status even after 15 days of my order.

Please please don't use this site for international deliveries. like Canada etc.
