On 3/5/2020, at around 4:51 pm, I got call from a number.He said that he is from Phone pe customer care.He told me to login to the application of phone pay and go to two-three options for recovery of that amount which is being showing, then said to put mobile number which is being attached with phone pay, so without asking deducted Rs. 15000
I didnt share any of my personal informations like OTP, CVV, Account number, then how is it possible that my money got deducted.I only shared my personal details with phonepe applications, then how could a random person made fraud of approx Rs.15000.
It means that the personal informations has been leaked with phone pe system.
It is not at all my fault.According to RBI guidelines, if a victim suffers loss due to fraud on the mobile wallet provider, then the entire amount has to be refunded by the company.I reported on the specific date only.This is my hard earned money & due to lockdown, there is financial crisis going on and phone pe was unable to secure my personal informations so the amount has to be refunded
