Using this app for making payment since last 3 years. App is well designed. This app is good for doing recharge or pay bills. But when I scan a QR code to pay bill it take more time to scan the QR. Comparing to other payment app phonepe takes more time to scan a QR. Sometimes payment also get cancelled. App concept is good. Customer service is not enough. They have only a chat option. Average app for me.
