I've been a loyal PhonePe user for years, but my recent experience has been disappointing. Their customer support failed to meet my expectations, with automated responses and uninterested support agents. This lack of responsiveness and poor service has left a sour taste.
PhonePe's digital gold feature has also been a letdown, with limited and inflexible options, higher prices than market rates, and a clunky buying/selling process. Additionally, I've experienced frequent app glitches, slow transaction processing times, and limited payment options. Unless PhonePe addresses these concerns, I'd caution users to explore alternative options.
